I don&#039;t feel comfortable releasing the message David sent me without his express permission to do so. And I&#039;ve removed something from the post that I feel was irresponsible for me to mention if this is true.

What I can say is that when I was evacuated from Peace Corps, there wasn&#039;t a press release. I&#039;m not sure how State works. I&#039;m not sure where Glenn&#039;s person at State is posted. What I do know is that the request was sent from Tashkent to DC. </description>
