I’m not a huge fan of George Soros myself, but the guy just can’t get a break anywhere.
Georgian opposition Labor Party Leader Shalva Natelashvili claims the Hungarian-born U.S. billionaire George Soros is the real president of the country, while Mikhail Saakashvili is only an appointed governor, Interfax news agency reported.
The Labor Party says they have a surprise ready for Soros, who will visit Georgia to check in on his “appointed governor” before the end of the month.
“We will not throw eggs at him and smear his face with cream, like it is done in other countries, but we have a more civilized surprise for him,” Natelashvili said, adding that it will be “refined”, “unexpected, but quite unpleasant”.

As much as USAID, NED and IRI have been funding the student groups agitating for reforms in countries like Ukraine, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan, Soros has been funding them even more.
Not such a bad thing either. All of those countries were and are deeply in need of reform, and Soros Foundation funding does some pretty good things when given the chance.
What do you mean, “can’t get a break” — the man’s President of Georgia!
Granted, its not as prestigeous a presidency as President of the United States, but it’s a start. He can work his way up…
I thought he was more like the super-secret overlord.
“‘[W]e have a more civilized surprise for him,’ Natelashvili said, adding that it will be ‘refined’, ‘unexpected, but quite unpleasant’.”
That sounds good! I want something like that…
Oh, unpleasant, not pleasant… but still, it could be nice..
“Darth Soros”? Oooh, you’re harsh!
“refined”, “unexpected, but quite unpleasant”.
Sounds like a grenade to me!
