This isn&#039;t a tax dispute, Mongolia&#039;s not a collection of colonies ruled by a far-off monarchy, Mongolia has a fairly successful democratic culture with lingering communist legacy problems, not every protest in far-off countries burst forth fully-formed from the forehead of America, and on and on and on.</description>
